The bare plaster in the opening scene is a paint effect as the location had previously been decorated to a high standard for a TV drama. We then effectively had to redecorate while the crew shot the balancing trestle – a scene which had its own re-set issues! (We used pre-cut panels that could easily be replaced between takes).
